What safety services are available?

The University Police Department provides escorts those not feeling safe while walking on campus. Students can also contact University Police by dialing 911 from their cell phone, any campus phone, or utilizing the emergency blue phones located throughout the campus.

Are emergency messages sent from the University?

Yes. Cal State Fullerton has an electronic notification system that can send emails, voice and text messages to all students when an emergency situation affects the campus. The message will state the problem and directions on what to do. Make sure your student's phone and email addresses are current by having them visit the Emergency Preparedness website and click on the Emergency Alerts tab for directions on updating their information.
